What is the typical lead time for order processing?
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During high-volume product launches or holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our gear globally. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their local government.
What is your return policy for technical apparel?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Custom-built items and final sale products are not eligible for return.
Does Triple Aught Design offer a warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Our products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. Damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care may be eligible for repair at a reasonable cost.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
